Adaptación de modelos para la toma de decisiones a partir de Big Data dentro de la gestión educativa en el departamento de planeación, programación y presupuestación del Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM)

Resumen

The present study generates a literature review of recent empirical studies related to Big Data focused on decision-making processes in organizations. The gap identified is related to Bid Data and its appliance on school management in public institutions of higher education in Mexico. Therefore, this study proposes a model for decision making based on Big Data within the educational management in the department of planning, programming and budgeting of the Tecnológico Nacional de México (TecNM). The type of study is mixed and it includes the data collection mechanisms and instruments, study design, population and sample, data collection techniques and tools, validity and reliability of the instruments, information methods and data analysis applied to TecNM. It is expected to develop and present a model that supports the decision-making process based on Big Data.
