The research begins with a systematic review of the literature through a bibliometric analysis, which allows conceptualizing the variables Knowledge Management and Technological Innovation, which allow defining the dimensions related to the military sector. The methodology used for the verification of hypotheses related to the categories of the dimensions is the structured equation modeling (SEM), which allows defining the positive relationship between both variables, concluding that for the military sector in Colombia, knowledge management has a predominant role in technological innovation, mainly among the categories of use of knowledge with process innovation.
